1. Scope

These terms apply to bookings made with Qimal Morocco for airport transfers, city rides, and excursions.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message by email or WhatsApp with a booking reference.

3. Prices and Payment

Displayed prices are the service price for the selected route or package. If PayPal processing fees are shown, they are displayed separately before payment. Payment method can be PayPal or cash to driver when offered.

4. PayPal and Cash Rules

PayPal payments are considered completed only after successful capture/confirmation by PayPal. Cash bookings remain pending until operational confirmation and, when applicable, cash-received confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change windows may differ by service type and package. Please contact support as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the service policy and payment status.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide correct passenger, pickup, contact, and timing details. Qimal Morocco is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Service Limitations

Trip duration and timing can be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, and authority restrictions. We may adapt operations for safety and legal compliance.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the booking amount paid for the affected service, excluding indirect or consequential losses.

9. Privacy and Data
