Weather Conditions

If weather conditions are not favorable on the day of your flight, it will be postponed to a later date, usually the next day. Since hot air balloon flights are highly dependent on weather conditions, we may cancel a flight at the last minute, even just before takeoff. Your safety is our absolute priority.

- Forecasts are reliable enough in advance and we cancel the day before arrival: We agree with passengers to postpone the flight. If this is not possible, we refund 100% of the flight payment.
- Forecasts are good, but we find on-site conditions that make takeoff impossible: We offer a Moroccan breakfast and refund 100% of the payment for this flight.
Cancellation by the client:
- If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the flight date: 100% of the total booking amount is due to ATLANTIC AIR BALLOON.
- No-show (non-presentation at the confirmed time, already confirmed the day before the flight): 100% of the total booking amount is due to ATLANTIC AIR BALLOON.
