• What exactly is a private one-way transfer?

  A private one-way transfer is a dedicated, door-to-door vehicle service from your address in Marrakech to your chosen destination. The vehicle and driver are exclusively for your group — no shared shuttles, no stops for other passengers. It covers transport only; no activities, entrance tickets, or meals are included.

• Are prices fixed or does the driver use a meter?

  All transfer prices are fixed and agreed before departure — no taxi meter, no hidden fees. The price shown is per vehicle (not per person), so it's the same whether you are 1 or 6 passengers in a sedan.

• What is the difference between Destination Transfers and City-to-City Transfers?

  Destination Transfers take you to scenic day-trip destinations outside Marrakech — like the Agafay Desert, Ourika Valley, or Ouzoud Waterfalls — where you explore independently. City-to-City Transfers are longer-distance routes connecting Marrakech to major Moroccan cities like Casablanca, Fes, Tangier, or Merzouga.

• Where exactly will the driver pick me up?

  Your driver will pick you up from any address you specify in Marrakech: your hotel, riad, apartment, or a meeting point of your choice. You provide the exact pickup address when booking. For the medina, drivers will meet you at the nearest accessible street if your address is inside a pedestrian zone.

• What vehicle types are available?

  We offer three vehicle categories: Sedan for 1–3 passengers, Comfort Minivan for 4–6 passengers, and Minibus for 7–14 passengers. The appropriate vehicle is matched to your group size at the time of booking. All vehicles are clean, air-conditioned, and insured.

• Are activities or entrance fees included in the transfer price?

  No. Transfer prices cover transportation only. Entrance fees, guided tours, camel rides, restaurant meals, and any activities at the destination are entirely at your own expense. If you prefer an all-inclusive experience with a guide and activities, see our guided excursions page.

• Can the driver wait for me and bring me back?

  This page offers one-way transfers only. However, we can also arrange a round-trip transfer (driver waits + return journey) or a separate return booking. Contact us via WhatsApp with your requirements and we will provide a custom quote.

• How far in advance should I book?

  We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability. For peak season (April–October) and long-distance routes to Fes, Chefchaouen, or Tangier, booking 48–72 hours ahead is advised. Last-minute bookings may be possible — contact us directly via WhatsApp.
